  • Each participating vendor must submit an application to participate, complete the waiver, and affirm the regulations and information to participate in each event and be a featured artisans and culinary professionals.

REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION


REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE: All vendors must be a licensed business with existing health permit or VDACS Certification of Inspection for products. Each vendor must sign and complete a "hold harmless" agreement, and affirm they have read the regulations and information for each event. Vendors are liable for their own products.


HOURS: Market hours are 2:00PM-6:00PM and setup can begin at 12:00PM, but must be complete by 1:30PM, 30 minutes prior to the start of the market. If you are not here and set up by 1:30PM, you will not be allowed to set up your booth. Leaving early is strongly discouraged.


SUPPLIES: This event will be held inside the Event Room, each within a 10x10 space. Vendors are responsible for their own supplies. If electricity is used for your setup, make sure to bring regulation grade (#12 heavy duty) 3 prong extension cord and regulation surge protectors.


COVID PROTOCOLS: Hand sanitizer must be available at your space. Regulations are apt to change and will be updated accordingly.


SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Vendors are to check-in promptly and will be notified of space assignment upon check in.


VEHICLES: Vehicles are not allowed to drive on or park on the graveled food truck area. Loading/Unloading are to be conducted in assigned areas, vendors will enter at the marked vendor entrances, and park at the marked vendor parking.


GARBAGE: Garbage must be removed from your space and placed in the assigned vendor trash location.


CHECK OUT: At the end of each event, assigned areas must have all debris removed and have been swept.


PARTICIPATION FEE:  Vendors must pay a $25.00 USD fee to participate. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE. We will accept checks or cash, and are DUE prior to market setup. You may bring it the morning of the market, but you will not be able to set up until we have received your payment. Participation fees are utilized towards the marketing of each event, the promotion of vendors, and verification of vendor participants.

  • NO DIRECT SALES COMPANIES.
  • PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR.

I affirm that I have read and will abide by the rules and regulations of the 757 Fork You Events, as outlined in the above Regulations and Information. Furthermore, I agree to hold Maker's Craft Brewery, sponsors, organizers, and volunteers harmless from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death - however caused, including, but not limited to, the negligence of the above referenced parties, whether passive or active, that results from any activities at any scheduled event.
